SMS Consent & Communications Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
Who we are
This program is operated by NFORSAI LLC (doing business as nfors.ai), a parking-enforcement software platform that parking-lot operators license to manage their lots. We send SMS only to an operator’s own staff — field enforcement agents and their supervisors. We never send marketing, promotional, or commercial messages, and we never message parkers or the general public.
Program: Operational Shift Digests & Alerts
Enrolled staff receive low-volume, strictly operational text messages about their enforcement work. There are two message types:
- Daily shift digest (agents)— a once-per-day end-of-shift summary of the agent’s prior-day activity (violations issued versus their own baseline, lot coverage, lots missed).
- Queue alerts (supervisors)— an alert when enforcement-queue items remain unattended past a threshold the operator sets.
Message frequency: approximately one message per enrolled agent per working day, plus occasional supervisor alerts. Message and data rates may apply.
How you opt in (consent flow)
Opt-in is first-party and off by default— the recipient enrolls themselves; an operator cannot enroll an employee on their behalf. Every enrollment is a double opt-in:
- A field agent opens the nfors.ai app, goes to their Accountscreen, reviews the program description (message types, ~1 message/day, “Message and data rates may apply”, STOP/HELP, and a link to this policy), and taps “Text me a confirmation.” A supervisor who wants queue alerts enters their on-call number in the operator dashboard.
- We send a single confirmation text: “nfors.ai: Reply YES to receive daily shift digests + queue alerts (~1 msg/day). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
- No digests or alerts are sent unless you reply YES to that confirmation. We record the date you opted in and the consent language you saw.
A supervisor enrolling an on-call number for queue alerts receives an equivalent confirmation, and the same YES-to-confirm rule applies:
nfors.ai: Reply YES to receive parking enforcement queue alerts. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
Sample messages
Maria, yesterday you issued 14 violations — a 22% increase vs your Tue baseline (11.5). 38 checks across 6/7 lots. Coverage 91%. Missed 1 lot: West Garage. Reply STOP to opt out.
nfors.ai · 3 unattended queue entries in Crystal Tower (>60 min): FL ABC1234 (West Garage), AL 7XYZ89 (Level 2 Deck). Reply STOP to opt out.
Opt out & help
- Reply STOP to any nfors.ai message to stop all digests and alerts immediately. You can also turn SMS off from your Account screen in the app.
- Reply START to resume, or HELP for support information.
- For help you can also email support@nfors.ai.
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. nfors.ai does not charge recipients for SMS.
Sign-in verification codes
Separately from the program above, when staff sign in by phone we text a one-time verification code to that number. By entering your phone number on a sign-in screen and requesting a code, you consent to receive that transactional message; frequency is typically one message per sign-in attempt.
Privacy
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected by nfors.ai are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose mobile numbers only to the messaging carriers and service providers (e.g., Twilio) strictly necessary to deliver these messages. See our Privacy Policy for complete data-handling details.
